The most reactive layer for us was the hoar frost buried 6-12 inches depending on where we were we also noticed giant cones on some of the small aspens, which communicated to me some settling of the snow pack on a larger scale. The danger rating was right on, good route finding is essential right now as well as angle and aspect consideration. Tomorrow the rating should stay the same, I don't see these tricky pockets just disappearing without a significant new snow and time.
