Quick report

Just wanted to post some photos of the recent avalanches in upper Cardiff fork, they all seemed to be new snow only and had occurred in the last three days. Wind loading seemed to play a large factor in these slides.

Also noticed a couple wind slab pockets pulling out naturally today from the continued west winds. Photo, the largest fresh pocket from today.

Probably gonna stick with considerable on high N,NW,NE,E because of the wind loading noted today and the poor snow pack structure in these areas. Photos, Wind blasting at Alta in the AM, old crack above a blown in crown on N facing Cardiff pass.
