Quick report

-Old roller balls lower in elevation. Maybe from the last couple days as their tracks were rounded or soft but visible when light. (wish I took photos) -Frozen puddles in the early morning that were puddles and ponds later in the day. -Surface hoar in the early morning. -Snow was more "fluffy" in the shade/trees on N aspect. -Thin coverage (sharky') -Ski penetration Approx. 3cm. Boot/foot penetration is Approx. 45cm. After digging a mini pit, if hand pressure was applied to a crude column, the point of failure is at PWL above the depth hoar. The column is suddenly collapsing. Both were on N aspect at 2887m. -Snow was very sticky and wet on the way down, aligning with the forecast for the opportunity for wet slides.
