Experienced whoomping/collapsing several times, all on wide open exposed West aspects. Dug a pit at ~6,000' on a SE, 27 deg slope. Single column collapsed on a CT12. ECT had a sudden collapse all the way across the column on ECT20 below the January hoar frost layer (50-70 cm down). It didn't launch out like a cash register, but was a super clean shear (Q1-2).
