Quick report
Plenty of skiing still to be had at the Stanton Glacier on Great Northern Mtn! Despite a slightly cooler day from wind and clouds compared to the previous few, we saw small soughs starting in steep rocky terrain and cornice chunk failures throughout the day. We traveled entirely on snow from 6000' to 8600'! Some small, wet loose sloughs in steep rocky areas on NE facing slopes. Old avalanche debris piles 10x D1.5 and 1 x D2.5 on E and NE facing slopes up to 7500'.
