Spotted this avalanche from the road this afternoon. Looks like a natural, as I did not see any tracks near it. There were snowmobile tracks in the flats at the bottom but none climbing the hill. I would guess that it was caused by the new snow and wind loading as the ridge above looks to be growing a cornice/lip. Measured on satellite maps, about 400ft wide, 33 degrees, ran a very short distance to the low angle slope below and only stepped down through the new snow layer.
