Quick report
@ 4000’ HN ~ 10 cm, HS ~ 60cm @ 6000’ HN ~ 18cm, HS ~ 180cm Old snow interface was somewhat supportable and moist/wet below at lower elevations’ due to recent warm temps and rain. At middle elevations the old snow gradually became more fully refrozen and full supportable. The recent snowfall remained dry until about 1:00pm when cover began to break down. Direct sunshine was spotty and brief, but caused rapid noticeable change to the surface snow. Descended an east facing slope at about 3:30. Skiing was a little punchy and wet at and below about 5000’. I would expect a troublesome crust to exist on most if not all aspects below 5k tomorrow. None observed
