Wawa Ridge

Went up Wawa Ridge for a walk and to look at some low angle terrain. Lots of wind loading, firm wind blown snow. 110cm snow depth, started to dig a pit for my own educational purposes, and had sudden whoomphing and snow pack drop around us. Didn’t finish pit and left area. It was in low angle approximate 22 degree slope. East facing. Below the top crust was all sugary snow.
