8812 bowl via Bruins ridge

Observed some warming and sun affect around 11am on our way up bruins ridge, the snow had turned into heavy'ish packing snow. By the time we dropped into 8812 bowl the clouds had rolled in and cooled things down, making things a little velvety. Not quite sun crusty. This sun effect was less the higher into the alpine we got. Also observed 2-3mm surface hoar on most open slopes. Something to look for as the snow piles up on top of it. Felt like a ski resort out there with the amount of tracks and groups. Still lots of sharks out there too!
