Snow pack analysis was undertaken near the apex of Triangle Moraine. 3 compression tests were conducted all resulting in CTN. We couldn't find any direct evidence of the buried SH layer but found an interface down ~60cm where we think it might've been. We were in the high tree line/low alpine (1990m). We were possibly above the 'bathtub ring' people have been talking about or the problem has healed/disappeared (small temperature gradients were observed throughout the snowpack aswell as moist snow). Skiing down was very "upside down" and variable with the warm valley temps
