Quick report
Bluebird day. Clear skies overnight seemed to led to faceting with surface hoar, some of which was larger and feathery in Heather Meadows. A crust(2-4cm) although it varies in thickness was present on all snow that had good sun from the day before. The crust was softening a little on sunny aspects. No new wet avalanche activity was observed. There may have been some fresh wet slides on goat mountain but hard to say if they where from Monday afternoon.

Nice sunny day. Cold and clear skies in the morning in Heather Meadows with slightly gusty northeast winds that developed at ridgeline late mornings. Wind was able to transport small amounts of snow. Calmer winds in the afternoon led to slightly warmer temps but almost no new wet avalanche activity with a thin crust covering most sun affected aspects from the day before.
Snowpack
Snow pack seemed stable with a crust on aspects that faced sun Monday afternoon. About 60 to 70 cm of snow sits on the EFC which is over a foot thick, although it was hard to tell with K and P hardness to infinity. A weaker 4F layer of snow sits on top of the EFC crust with stiffer 1F laying above. This produced results CT17/23 about 70cm down. This layer did not respond to ECT. Pit location dug in heavily wind loaded area with a snow height of 270 cm.
Avalanche
No new wet avalanches. Saw one small storm slab that may have occured Sunday on a SE aspect just below ptarmigan perch. It's was above steep unsupported terrain.
