Did some good digging part of an Avy2 class. Early morning ride up Chair went from cold to very warm spring feeling temp once above the inversion. Easterly winds brought the cold temps back shortly. Noticeable wind scouring of the now snow free trees across the valley on Snoqualmie mt at the 5k ft level. Outside of Nash there was a notable rain crust that broke through easy in some spots but more challenging on north facing surfaces. Found some failures on the 1/8 crust with our ECT along with some other gems deeper in the snow pack.
