Quick report
Travel did not produce any signs of instability, even on obviously wind loaded terrain. North facing slopes in the bowl below Crescent Moon Couloir aprox 9800 ft. contained soft wind transported snow. Probing with ski pole you could feel several layers of different density going down 1 to 2 feet. Areas that received sun had a slight crust. High winds throughout the afternoon, partial clouds. Despite wind, there wasn't much blowing snow - seemed like everything loose had already been blown off windy areas into sheltered terrain. Didn't travel towards the crown in the pix.

Observed large crown on North Aspect of the sisters. Photo taken from aprox 9600ft elevation on the north west ridge of Round Top. Did not see it slide, from where I was could not tell how old. Could not clearly identify extent of debris field.
