Very reactive snowpack. Frequent loud whomping on lower elevation, open, north facing terrain. Kept it low angle so largely did not experience shooting cracks with one exception. Where pin is located, remotely triggered from above a very large whomph that sent a shooting crack running the length of the east facing cornice for several hundred yards. It sounded like a good portion of the east facing bowls collapsed.
