Quick report
Observed pin wheels on south facing slopes near the summit. Ridge top winds were 15 mph out of west, with an air temp of 25 degrees Fahrenheit. You could visualize an inversion throughout the Seeley area. We skied south facing aspect that felt similar to spring skiing, I would expect all south faces to have a solar crust after this day. We didn’t dig a pit and kept our turns under 32 degrees. The approach is pretty fun if you like navigating through a bunch of downfall, happy skiing!

A small crown was scene from Marshall Mountain on Crescent. Approximate size of the crown was about 800 feet and ran 1500 feet down the south facing gully. I believe it was triggered from a cornice failure at the ridge, see picture for reference.
