Quick report

- specific
Less snow around LT pass than forecasted for the weekend storm. 1.5 feet of new snow came right side up with minimal storm slab properties. Primary concerns are wind slab along ridgelines and persistent slabs failing on the crust/facet layer formed in early December. No data on what the skier triggered avalanche failed on but I will be making a visit later this week to do a crown profile. From photos, it looks to have failed on depth hoar around rocks at the ground.
