Quick draft dodger lap. Several isolated small shooting cracks less than 1’ long observed around 4700’ on steep terrain in the draft dodger area, not affected by wind. At 4700’ there was about 25 cm of dry new or soft snow above the first substantial crust. Ski pen was about 10 cm. The snowpack was 100 cm deep. Below 4000’ the new snow was notably moist and the new snow slid easily on the crust on steep unsupported terrain. The only avalanches observed were the several small wet loose naturals that ran over the exit track by the mushroom coulior mid morning. The debris covered the uptracks from a few early groups. Unless something changed, I believe Alpental asks that the exit track is not used as an uptrack for avalanche control safety, natural avalanche safety, liability, and skier collision safety. There are safer uptracks too. All said nice for it to feel like winter again!

Multiple small wet loose avalanches ran naturally below the cliffs by the mushroom coulior on the source lake exit track before 11 am. They covered the exit track in several spots
