Quick report
A fairly even blanket of new snow 2 to 4 inches deep was wet, with little propagation potential. Very poor bond between new snow and melt freeze bed surface. Point release sluffing was observed on steep terrain from the new snow sliding on the melt freeze crust. No other instabilities noted.
