Collapsing
isolated

Noted some cracking without collapsing on smaller hill cross cut sidehilling. 2.5 feet with drifting and filled in gullies to 4 feet. Top 1.5-2 feet much lighter density noted with a higher/ firmer density at 2.5 + feet in protected tree areas. Light to moderate snow intermittently. No pit test was dug. Rode is safe zones and avoided open slopes greater than 30 deg and terrain traps. Moderately aggressive tree riding primarily.

Avalanche

Avalanche observed at Relay Peak today at 4:30 pm. Estimate time of avalanche in 6 hours prior secondary debris. Width approximately 30m Length 70m. North-Northeast aspect. Significant wind loading and transporting noted.
