Quick report

We traveled a very cautious path mostly avoiding avalanche exposure. We traveled below tree line near Round Top. There was evidence of some recent wind slab activity in the area, most notably a large crown on the Saddle of Sister’s peak. There was not any blowing snow visible in the area. Wind was calm on Sunday. Wide spread areas of wind crust on the surface. Supportable in some locations, breakable crust in others. Coverage has improved and there are less exposed rocks.
