Quick report
Our trip up Catherine turned into a Nordic trail walk due to super poor traveling conditions (breakable crust, lots of rock hard avi debris and tree bombs, wide open creeks). The cold easterly flow, fog, and overcast skies kept these conditions consistent throughout the day.

Sighted multiple old avalanches along roaring ridge, most starting from overhead rocks.
