Quick report

Cracking
specific

Cracking was common enough, but not extremely widespread. It snowed heavily with lots of wind throughout the day. There were many other small wind slabs set off by other groups in the same area.

Avalanche

I set off two small wind slabs on Enchanted Forest in Bagley Basin. Both were on S slopes on steeper rollovers. The snowpack seemed to get more reactive around mid-day with wind and snow, plus likely warming (although the sun wasn't out and it didn't feel warmer). In both cases, I triggered the slabs where they were thin, a few inches, and they propagated about 100 ft along rocks and trees to a max depth of ~1.5 ft.
