Collapsing
isolated

Sunny skies and consistent winds of about 15mph from the South. Temps reached a peak of about 55F (recorded by the pan dome weather station). Toured up to Artist point and back to the start of Ptarmigan ridge. Noticed signs of previous wind loading, especially towards Ptarmigan ridge. Dug several hand pits and noticed that the top 2” of recent snow were able to slide on the surface below, although this was with a high amount of resistance. This layer will likely be bonded almost completely after the warm weather had its effect.
