The Landslide, Birchy Head

10-15cm of new low density snow on Thursdays rain crust. Crust was hard and supportive through todays elevation gain up to 500m. Lots of deep slumping holes from recent rain event made for heads up riding in todays flat light.  The Landslide proper had good coverage of 2m throughout. Cut line approach a good coverage and safe riding on descent.

CTM12, SC, down 16, below a 1cm rain crust. No propagation shown on our test at this location. CTH22, SP, down 75 above a old rain crust. Stubborn to trigger, but it popped out like a cash register when it did.
