Mongolia ski tour

Our first lap was done back towards FAR. We dug a pit at the top, observed 30cm deep layer of new snow on top of hard well bonded layer. Skied into Mongolia and observed a natural size 2 avalanche across the bowl most likely caused by overhead hazard. We skied conservatively in the trees and observed small sluffs from the new snow. Snow was deep skiing was great!
