Dust on Crust

Went to scope out a north facing line hoping for some dry snow. Didn’t find anything except some dust on crust but it was supportive and consistent so it was better than expected while climbing up. The crust is 3-5cm thick on top of 20cm of dry small facets and then the snowpack is very consolidated. We were able to break through the crust easily to boot up.
