Mt. Alan Brooks

Went up to the top of the ridge to the north of the summit. Dug a pit below the steep rolls coming off of the summit. Snowpack about 160 cm deep. 3 cm thick crust 30 cm deep and 10 cm thick crust at 60 cm deep. Fracture at the 30 cm crust at CT 13, this layer slid at CT 15. No obvious fracture at the 60 cm crust. Did not continue to the summit, skied trees down the ridge.
