Warm day at the pass

Very warm day at the pass. Temps were -3c near Salmo rising to +3c at the parking lot by 3pm. Our group of 4 skied steep open trees off the west face of lightning strike. I was the first one down ~100m from the bottom when a remote triggered loose slide came down from above me (see GoPro screenshots, can’t post video). No consolidated slabs observed. We stuck to mellow dense trees for the rest of the afternoon and didn’t observe any instabilities.
