Quick report

Red Flags Comment

Some minor wind drifting along the higher ridges, but only finding soft new snow slabs that were only 10-12" deep and not really breaking out very far. In my travels these fresh soft slabs were of the manageable size and did not pose much problem, unless a person was in very steep unforgiving terrain.

A couple of photos of soft slabs along the ridgelines that broke out 10-12" deep, but did not run very far or were overly sensitive.

About 10-12" new snow that did not seem overly sensitive today. Some fresh wind slabs, but nothing with much enery or connected slab like properties.

Very nice cold powder snow and the riding and turning were quite good today with a very supportable base and fast light density snow.
