Beware of Falling Trees

Skied Teddy Bear trees today, down low is breakable crust with deep ski pen which makes for some pretty horrible trail breaking. Ski conditions improve to deep but heavy pow up higher. No significant instability observed. Another hazard to watch out for now is falling trees, I was about a metre away from a 40 plus foot tree that feel over and could easily have severely injured someone, tree is pictured after falling. Snow load on the trees is very high right not.
