Shames backcountry

Incredible riding in about 70cm of dry powder. We’ve seen a lot of new snow around the morning to clear skies mid-day. The clearing allowed us to see evidence of a widespread natural avalanche cycle (from Monday) on many aspects, and triggered mostly below ridges, were there is clear evidence of wind effect and wind loading from strong winds. Therefore, be aware of dropping in from ridges in the upcoming days.
