Bald Hills

Bomb proof day. HS ~120. Ski penetration 15+Cm . The long cold snap (4 weeks) basically faceted out everything, no new snow in 4 weeks either, and we skied pure sugar all day long. Temps approached -2 by about 1pm but the snow still felt and skied very very good, and didn't appear to be getting warmer or heavier. Snow pack is definitely consolidating with the warmer temps, but it's going to take weeks to remove the faceting, and by then we'll be full in to spring skiing.
