Raining on the road and below 1000m. The climb was the usual thin wet slop bushwhack BS. Good cold powder above 1100m and on northern aspects. The snow became slightly heavier through the day.
Pretty stable snowpack where we skied above 1200m. About 20-30cm of storm snow settling on top of the old powder.
On our way out, we kicked off some small (size 0.5) and moist storm slabs with visible signs of cracking and propagation. It seemed isolated to a steeper feature near the freezing level elevation and in a gladed like area.
