Upper corral ascent: remote trigger size two with rock debris on approach to corral chute right. Splitboarder heard whumphing shooting crack out the tip of split skis, did not see the slide. Spotter saw the slide from their view, remote trigger from about 20M. Communicated to splitboarder. Party decided to abort and ski mellow terrain.
