Hankin

Cold skiing which meant slow snow even though I had a cold wax on. The last couple of nights were -35 C near this area though I wish the weather station was working near the Hankin warming hut to know exactly what it was there compared to valley bottom. Windy & lightly snowing all afternoon. -20 C in the parking lot. In the alpine there were soft to hard wind slabs--the medium slabs exhibited shooting cracks. Hankin has filled in nicely and now has ample snow to cover stumps and trees. Slow motion powder skiing at the moment. Road was in good shape.
