Anything from faceted filled in sections of 100cms to a dense 5cm illusion of snow covering a free base grind. Skied the gut of the E face on Parker ridge, 35-40 degrees slope. In the filled in sluff it was glorious. Hitting slightly covered rocks at high speed was terrible. No windslab to speak of, more like wind sift and sluff with a few faceted point releases in thinner rocky shoulders. Cold temps of -17 overnight and moderate wind, calm and -9 during the day. If you were on snow deep enough to ski, lots of fun. 50 feet later and rocks, less fun.
