Glazed and confused!

Another de-icing mission took us back up into whiteout to the YAASUM weather station today. The warm foggy air is depositing a glaze on everything: signage, equipment, weather instruments, goggles and clothing. It was wet. Temps are rising to near zero at highway level and -1.5C at Treeline today. Visibility was poor, but we traversed over and climbed up into Fraser chutes to find some decent storm skiing. The new snow is heavy and feeling pretty coastal.
