Becher Crust

Crust all the way up to the top of Becher. Signs of past avalanche activity on wind loaded terrain, however a bomber crust has since formed over everything. Riding out was a task with the breakable crust. Lots of tree bombs (some the size of a person!) from the rapid warming in the afternoon.

Dug a pit near the top of Becher, NE facing. Had resistant failures on Hard 5 at 30cm down and 75cm down. Weak layer appeared to be facets.
