Hero Knob loop

Skied the hero knob loop today. Amazing skiing; 25-35cm ski penetration, very light winds. We were very cautious about stability but on steep N and E slopes up to 40 degrees the storm snow appeared well bonded. Weather was mainly cloudy while we were out between 10am-2pm, with a couple of snow squalls where precip rates were 2-3cms/hr. Some sun affect on E-SW aspects from when the sun very briefly poked through.
