Avalanche

We triggered a D1 wind slab avalanche on an E/NE aspect. The avalanche was triggered by the third skier on the line. It had a crown that was 6-8" deep and and about 50 feet wide. No one was caught in the avalanche. The avalanche occurred on a new old snow interface. We continued down and triggered another smaller storm slab avalanche on a convexity (around 7700 feet).
