New snow on SW aspects well bonded to apparent rough surface. Not reactive in hand shears or ski cuts. Minor shallow sloughin in convexities. Wind loaded N/NE aspects had soft slab development poorly bonded
Avalanche
Soft wind slabs on north/lee aspects easily triggered by ski cut. 12” crown. We skied slide surface and didn’t like conditions, and booted back out. Solar aspects warming in late afternoon sun and sloughing on convexities. Roller balls, heavy snow, etc
