Quick report
Low hazard with great travel and soft snow on aspect stepped away from the sun. Areas that were protected from the wind and sun in the last couple weeks. Still have good snow to travel on those places that are affected by the wind and son can be very challenging for both riders and sliders.
Very small, D-1 minus, solar induced wet loose relatively harmless on south east aspects of Council mountain were visible from Tamarack ski area.Weather

Nice warm sunny bluebird day in the mountains with a cool light northern breeze
Snowpack
Stable, mostly right side up snow pack below with poor structure, Facets and Crust in the upper foot that is not going to support much more than 1.5-2 feet of new snow before it fails.
