Did not observe the wind slab problem because of our terrain choices and limited visibility today. Did not observe the storm slab problem, aside from the shovel tilt results mentioned above. Only noted minor cracking in the newest windblown snow up to about 5800'. Generally protected terrain today, and spent limited time near and above treeline.

Snow showers in the morning, some freezing rain mid-day, and then a return of heavy snow showers in the afternoon. Moderate to strong SW winds. Temps remained well below freezing.
Snowpack
A few shovel tilt "tests" demonstrated mid-storm instabilities which might lead to storm slabs. Other than that, there was deep "right side up" snow on all aspects at the elevation that we traveled.
