High clouds limited warming in the morning, but the sun broke out in full around 1 pm. Surprisingly, despite reports of warming the last few days, lower angle due south aspects were still dry powder at 6k. Steeper pitches held a slight crust. Moderate wind effect on ridges up high, but light winds during the day. The sled road is in bad shape with creek crossings.
