Quick report
Toured around rainy pass, finding 8 inches or so of fresh snow at pass level, with much more above 6k. We measured 140cm at a flat spot on the ridge at 6600 ft. Generally the snow was very unconsolidated, light, and right side up. There was significant wind effect higher on Frisco from southerly winds that were wrapping around, but no noted stability issues. We were surprised to find that only due south aspects had a sun crust at the end of the day - even SE aspects were still dry powder. It definitely felt cooler than forecasted.
Avalanche
Small natural crowns in wind loaded terrain from the recent storm.
