Quick report
We triggered small, dry loose sluffs in steep north-facing terrain, which entrained the surface snow. We skied short sections of >40° slopes at mid-elevations but avoided an open slope near the top that appeared thin and wind-affected above a terrain trap. Instead, we opted for a softer, more sheltered entrance where trees helped buffer wind loading.
