Quick report
We did not observe any obvious signs of instability. We observed moderate NW winds all the way down to valley bottom consistently throughout the day. I observed snow being transported on the summit of Galena Peak in the early morning, but did not see any other transport during the day. We dug a pit on a NE slope at 8100'. The snowpack was generally right side up except for the 12/5 and 1/1 layers which both seem to be bonding well. We did not have any positive test results.
