Isolated, small wind slabs at upper elevation exposed ridgeline, lee to NW winds, reactive to stomping; 100 yards down the ridge wind slabs were absent. Dug 8,500' NE, found SH under F+ slab down ~45cm; sudden small column, propagation in ect, both at moderate taps. Numerous weak interfaces below Feb storm snow. Traveled through previously trafficked areas, no collapsing or cracking other than wind slab noted above. Temps warmed dramatically during day, low elevations were on cusp of WL problem; freezing line around 8k' or so? Had mixed precip at the Hwy at 15:30.
