Went in and out via Taylor Lake as the shortcut Creek was rocky. Good surface snow. Mid pack was faceted and we hit rocks in a few places. Steep solar had a sun crust down 15 cm. The October crust was breaking down in some places and we broke through in the skin track on steep solar at 2300m. Snow was fast with some near surface facets and small surface hoar. Trail out had a few rocky sections but was generally good.
