South aspect skiing
Yukon Field Team,

We took advantage of some good visibility today in White Pass. It stayed calm at valley bottom with temps of 9C and the snow quality is great in the trees. We skinned above Bryant/Fraser Lake on a south aspect up to 1350m. As we climbed a north wind picked up and the snow became wind effected, cracking beneath our skis and starting to form a soft slab. We were cautious around larger features with potential to wind load. Skiing has been very nice all week.
